The working student activity takes place in the ALM & Funding Department of HVB, which is responsible for Liquidity & Funding Management and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) of HVB. You will support the team Liquidity Management & Financial Planning, which is responsible for the monitoring and reporting of HVB’s liquidity position (economic and regulatory view) and carrying out the financial planning of the bank. Furthermore you will support with the analysis of Treasury P&L and with ad-hoc requests from top-management.

  • Support the reporting and analysis of HVB’s overall liquidity position, daily Treasury P&L and the development of asset liability structure
  • Involvement in ongoing project tasks and support in preparing business requirements
  • Support in the preparation of presentations for operative meetings and of ad-hoc requests from top-management

Das bringst du mit

  • Study in business sciences and/or mathematics
  • Very good to good academic achievement, preferably in the field of banking & finance
  • Interest in economic topics
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Comfortable using MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Target-oriented and structured manner of working
  • High affinity for numbers and keen perception
