The creation of the new Management Board area “Chief Digital & Information Office” (CDIO) at the beginning of this year was a significant milestone on our digital journey at HVB. Within CDIO, the newly formed team “Digital Transformation” focuses on transversal topics spanning across businesses and functions and counts responsible for Digital Awareness & Culture as well as strategic advice on new emerging trends and respective market scouting and initiation of new Digital opportunities.

Be the first working student we are hiring for our team and help our colleagues in charge of Digital Awareness & Culture with content creation for our communication channels.

Take your chance: We are looking for YOUR input to develop, produce, and distribute content to our various communication channels – internal as well as external. We offer the opportunity to let your creative ideas come to life and to support us driving HVBs transformation towards “living digital” and make employees and stakeholder aware of our vision and part of our journey and success story.

You will be working in a team with a very diverse skill set which makes the work super exciting and gives the chance to constantly learn from each other.   • You are currently enrolled at a university with focus on i.e. business administration, communication or marketing but most important: you are passionate and want to contribute to our journey.
  • Ideally, you already bring initial practical experience, which you feel is beneficial for this role.
  • You are creative, like to bring your own ideas to life and implement them independently.
  • You have an open mindset, strong communication skills and an intrinsic motivation to continuously develop yourself and your work.
  • You are fluent in German as well as business fluent in English.
