The primary role of the Siebel-Administrator and Product-Responsible is to provide technical expertise for the supported CRM product, specifically responsible for overall active management of the Siebel environment and significant contribution to planning & design of Siebel Architecture.
Main focus of the job is about maintenance and enhancement of existing Siebel-CRM system, which includes:
• Specifically responsible for overall active maintenance of existing Siebel-CRM of the systems especially the availability, performance, security and process requirements
• Communication with business and support of requirement engineering process
• standardizing and Virtualization Planning and Management
• Systems Capacity and Performance Planning and Management
• Incident resolution and proper escalation
• Hardware resources and continues improvement and automation the Siebel-Application
• Error analysis and fix for existing solutions and optimization and extension the existing solutions
• Performing general systems administrative duties and monitoring and reporting systems measures
• Maintenance and definition of proper SIM documentation (procedural and technical) MLX, Security-Concept and AAM 2.0 etc

• System administration and control of the Siebel application
• Daily checks which includes regularly checking status of servers & components
• Checking status of JOBs/Tasks
• Server resource monitoring (CPU/Memory/Disk space)
• Components and Parameters Server Management
• Automation of daily migration/monitoring activities
• Performance tuning
• Supporting Production environment which includes maintaining high application availability
• Server Management Linux / Siebel
• Workflow monitoring
• Monitoring Oracle DB’s, evaluation log files
• Email delivery (trace log files, SMTP server)
• Performance tuning
• Supporting Production environment which includes
Maintaining high application availability
• Use and handling with Linux Red Hat, SQL and Siebel-Tools


Das bringen Sie mit
• Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics or Business Informatics
• 3 – 5 years of working experience as an IT specialist / system administrator
• Familiarity with Linux Red Hat, SQL and Siebel-Tools and other technologies associated
• Experience with working in an international team
• Fluency in English language
• Fluency in German language is a plus
