The Competence Center Corporate Channels Germany in the „GTB ICT – Cash Management Channels“ area is responsible for IT project implementation and production assurance for the e-Banking server related applications and solutions which are essential in the e-banking services for the Corporate customers of UniCredit Bank AG. The team is also significantly involved in performing implementation changes due to Legal requirements updates in payments area or changes in format specifications by the relevant authorities, DK (German authority), EPC (European Payment Council) and SWIFT.

You will work in an interesting environment with a dynamic team, implementing innovative solutions as part of the UniCredit Group digitization strategy. You will have an opportunity to explore and understand business needs of large-scale e-banking solutions in an international financial group and be a part of building up next generation digital banking solutions for corporate banking.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns
We are looking for a dynamic and highly-motivated person to fill in our open position as IT Business Consultant / IT Project Manager (m/f/d). The role inherits the following main tasks:

– Management of the projects and various implementation and maintenance activities in the team, keeping track of the progress, proactive elimination of roadblocks to ensure successful completion of projects
– Coordination of activities, including external Vendors located near-shore and off-shore (team of developers, business and technical analysts)
– Support in collecting business requirements, clarification of expectations for new features and solutions, including support in definition and documenting of the functional requirements and specifications related to the applications managed within the Corporate Channels Banking area of the UniCredit Group based on Java and web technologies
– Change management and support in Production assurance of the running applications
– Consulting of internal customers – acting as a technical Business consultant and IT Project manager for the applications under responsibility
– Support as Business/System analyst in defining technical tasks based on the business requirements, work on the blueprint and implementation project
– Support in designing test concepts, application improvements

Das bringen Sie mit
Ideally your profile matches the following criteria:

– Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable education
– Relevant previous work experience in the mentioned tasks
– Very good experience as Project manager with an end-to-end proven record, including knowledge and experience in various PM methodologies and tools
– Solid previous experience in business / system analysis, application configuration, business process management
– Experience in business requirements management, documentation of functional / technical specifications
– Good ability to learn and understand the technical part of the modern technologies used in SW solutions which are based on integrated systems
– Knowledge and experience with software development methods – traditional as well as agile (JIRA)
– Preferably knowledge/experience in Banking area would be a plus
– Solution-oriented and structured way of work, solid analytical thinking with high attention to detail as well as developed ability to synthesize
– Independence and initiative, Customer-oriented thinking and acting
– Perfect communication skills, open-mindness, positive attitude and enjoyment of team-work
– Good command of spoken and written English and German
