UniCredit Services ensures that the requirements of the bank and requests from external customers are attended to quickly and effectively.

The Competence Center Corporate Channels Germany in the „GTB ICT – Cash Management Channels“ area is responsible for IT project implementation and production assurance for the e-Banking server related applications and solutions which are essential in the e-banking services for the Corporate customers of UniCredit Bank AG. The team is also significantly involved in performing implementation changes due to Legal requirements updates in payments area or changes in format specifications by the relevant authorities, DK (German authority), EPC (European Payment Council) and SWIFT.

You will work in an interesting environment with a dynamic team, implementing innovative solutions as part of the UniCredit Group digitization strategy. You will have an opportunity to explore and understand business needs of large-scale e-banking solutions in an international financial group and be a part of building up next generation digital banking solutions for corporate banking.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns
We are looking for a highly-motivated person to fill in our open position as IT Application Expert / IT Technical Analyst / IT Architect (m/f/d). The role inherits the following main tasks:

– IT product responsible end-to-end activities, including: projects implementation, production deployment, maintenance and support of the Corporate Channels Banking applications of the UniCredit Group, based on Java and web technologies
– Coordinate software development activities, maintain architecture of software solutions, and organise software rollout; oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design, appropriate technology and workflow in accordance with the coding standards
– Development and support of interfaces with other applications
– Coordination of / control over the activities of the external Vendor’s teams which are based near-shore and off-shore (developers, functional and technical analysts)
– Accountable for Production assurance of the running applications (application monitoring, jobs control, resolution of potential issues of technical nature, configuration change, etc.)
– Consulting of internal customers – acting as a technical contact person for the applications which are under the responsibility
– Technical analysis, support in defining technical tasks based on the business requirements, work on the blueprint and implementation project
– Support during testing, provisioning of new versions for the test phases and for the final roll-out

Das bringen Sie mit
Ideally your profile matches the following criteria:

– Academic degree in Computer Science or comparable education
– Relevant work experience in the mentioned tasks
– Proven experience in the design and support of IT solutions, especially Open Systems and their related frameworks (Java, SOAP, Web services etc.)
– Solid previous experience in technical system analysis, application configuration, IT projects roll-out and support
– Good knowledge / experience in database systems (MS SQL, Oracle), system administration (Linux, Solaris, Windows Server)
– Knowledge and experience with software development methods – traditional as well as agile
– Preferably knowledge/experience in Banking area (e.g. knowledge of EBICS (eBanking Internet Communication Standard), H2H, SWIFT and security standardized communication protocols like MQ FTE, SFTP and FTPs would be definitely a plus)
– Solution-oriented and structured way of work, solid analytical thinking with high attention to detail
– Good understanding and experience in application of modern technologies used in SW solutions based on integrated systems
– Independence and initiative, Customer-oriented thinking and acting
– Good communication skills and team orientation
– Good command of spoken and written English and German
