The internship will take place in the Finance Department of HVB, responsible for Liquidity & Funding Management and Asset-Liability Management (ALM) of HVB. He/She will support in particular the Finance Analysis team in charge of the monitoring and reporting of the short term liquidity position and treasury P&L; in addition he/she will be involved in ad-hoc requests of top-management.

Your tasks in our team:
– Support in the daily reporting and analysis of HVB’s overall liquidity position, the development of asset liability structure
– Support the analysis of daily Treasury P&L
– Support in the preparation of information material and presentations for operative meetings and of ad-hoc requests from top-management


– Study in business sciences and/or mathematics
– Very good to good academic achievement, preferably in the field of banking and finance
– Strong interest in equities and the capital market business
– Experience with Bloomberg desirable
– Interest in economic topics
– Financial math skills an asset
– Very good written and spoken English
– German and/or Italian language skill are a plus
– Comfortable using MS Office
– Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
– Ability to work independently
– Target-oriented and structured manner of working
– High affinity for numbers and keen perception
