The internship is available in the department Business Management & Controls of the retail bank. This is a staff area in which the topics e.g. project- portfolio / management, efficiency optimization as well as digitization are bundled for the retail bank.

Collaboration in overarching projects on the following topics:
~ Controlling of comprehensive change projects for the retail bank, especially with reference to service models and business processes
~ Digitization and automation of processes
~ Strategic development of online and mobile banking channels

Das bringen Sie mit
~ Study in Business Management
~ Very good to good academic achievement
~ Initial work experience in the field of: Banks and/or Financial Services sector
~ Banking apprenticeship advantageous, but not necessary
~ First experience in project management
~ Very good written and spoken English
~ Comfortable using MS Office
~ Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
~ Interest in a dynamic working environment
~ Target-oriented and structured manner of working
~ Ability to think analytically and strategically
~ Confident and friendly manner
