The Transaction Structuring team is part of the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division, which advices small and medium-sized businesses and big enterprises with qualitative valuable and
tailored financial services.

 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns
– Preparation of quantitative analyses as well as competition and process analyses
– Operating with Excel/VBA-based analysis tools
– Support in developing investment strategies as well as operate backtestings and simulations
– Support for company valuations (Due Diligence)
– Depending on the duration of your internship, you will furthermore have the opportunity to be part of projects

 

Das bringen Sie mit
– Student (6 semesters or more) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or Business Studies
– Practical experience regarding MS Office, VBA programming is a plus
– Knowledge in the area of derivative products and funds beneficial
– Proactive and autonomous as well as precise working attitude
– Analytical and conceptual abilities and ability to proceed in a pragmatic and structured way
– Very good English skills and German skills beneficial
