Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) combines Client Relationship Management and the activities of Financing & Advisory, Markets and Global Transaction Banking. Our clients are companies from small and medium enterprises to large multinational corporates as well as financial institutions. Loan Capital Markets is a product unit at the core of UniCredit’s Finance & Advisory business within the Corporate & Investment Bank. The unit takes responsibility for originating, structuring, pricing and placement of syndicated loans in close coordination with Debt & Equity Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Capital Structure Advisory, relationship managers as well as with other banks. Typical transactions include M&A financings, refinancings, pre/post IPO financings and recapitalisations for our German and European Investment Grade and non-Investment Grade clients.
Das erwartet Sie bei uns
- Preparation of client pitch books syndication materials for internal and external purposes
- Insight into the entire lifecycle of loan syndication – from the initial pitch to the closing of the transaction
- Conducting research on the current loan and debt capital markets
- Close interaction with colleagues from UniCredit’s various corporate finance units, representatives from other banks and corporate clients (where applicable)
Das bringen Sie mit
- Study in Economics, Business Administration, Banking or related Finance/Business studies
- Strong proficiency in oral and written English and German, further language skills beneficial
- Knowledge of accounting standards and corporate finance essentials
- Interest to analyze and prepare supporting materials for a variety of corporates
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and under (time) pressure
- Experience in MS Office products
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail and structured manner of work
