Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) combines Client Relationship Management and the activities of our Global Factories Financing & Advisory, Markets, Global Transaction Banking and Leasing. Our clients are companies from small and medium enterprises to large multinational companies as well as financial institutions.

The team is responsible for the coverage of national and international Financial Institutions. The interaction with our clientele is focused on offering tailor-made solutions for the issuers‘ wholesale funding operations and to give advise how to optimize their liability structure in a strongly regulated environment. We offer the intern a quickly changing insight into this world.

 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns
– Monitoring and Analysis of debt capital market developments
– Contribution to the content of client presentations (pitch books)
– Preparation of regular, client-specific market updates about primary and secondary market activities
– Tracking and Analysis of mainly primary market activities of bank & insurance issuers
– Research regarding industry specific topics of Financial Institutes with a focus on Fixed Income products (covered bonds, senior bonds and regulatory capital instruments)
– Maintenance and further developments of Excel databases

 

Das bringen Sie mit
– Bachelor Student (semester 4 onwards) or Master student
– Very good academic achievement, preferably in the field of Business or Economics; Focus on Banking, Capital Markets
– Knowledge and interest in the field of Debt Capital Market products (Skewed towards Financial Institutions)
– Experience with Bloomberg desirable
– Interest in economic topics
– Very good written and spoken German and English (additional European language skills are appreciated)
– Comfortable using MS Office
– Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
– Ability to work independently
