Intern Commodity Trade Finance, Geneva (f/m/d)

You will incorporate a team of 5 Relationship Managers (RM) which are in charge of commodity traders of various sizes.
You will be exposed to the daily life of a RM. You will be asked to support the work of the RM with drafting up support memo, some financial analysis, drafting call memo reports and some reporting to management tasks.
In general, see most of the aspect of Commodity Trade Finance from the front office perspective. We expect a team player, ready to learn and give full support.


Das erwartet Sie bei uns
~ Drafting a credit memo or various info memo
~ Drafting short form credit analysis
~ After client meeting, drafting of call memo
~ Assisting Relationship Managers (RM) in their reporting tasks
~ In general: Support the front office function (RM) in Geneva/Switzerland to the best ability and be able to contribute positively in the daily tasks in a small team


Das bringen Sie mit
~ Study in economics or economics with specialization in Commodity Trade Finance
~ Banking apprenticeship advantageous, but not necessary
~ International experience an asset
~ Presentation skills
~ Affinity to dealing with customers
~ Strong interest in commodity sector
~ Very good written and spoken English
~ Comfortable using MS Office
~ Interest in a dynamic working environment
~ Ability to work independently
~ Ease to work in a team, proactive mindset, eager to perform
~ Highly entrepreneurial mindset
~ High level of general knowledge and strong social skills
