Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) combines Client Relationship Management and the activities of our Global Factories Financing & Advisory, Markets, Global Transaction Banking and Leasing. Our clients are companies from small and medium enterprises to large multinational companies as well as financial institutions.

Capital Structure Advisory is an advisory team for high profile, multi-product Corporate Finance pitches (innovative solutions & capital structure proposals). CSA provides complex analytical, financial modeling, structuring and origination work in close cooperation with specialist units such as Structured Finance, Equity & Debt Capital Markets, M&A, Hedging and Rating Advisory.

 

Das erwartet Sie bei uns
– Preparation of detailed financial analysis and benchmarking in cooperation with CSA team
– Conduct general company and market research
– Support the preparation of high-quality CSA presentations
– Integration of “tailor-made” product inputs
– Support and drive forward special projects such as analytical tools, presentation templates and deal databases

 

Das bringen Sie mit
– Study in economics, business administration, finance and banking
– Initial work experience in the field of Corporate Finance / M&A / Consulting / Accountancy is a plus
– Experience with Bloomberg/ S&P Capital IQ / Mergermarket is a plus
– Very good written and spoken German an English
– Comfortable using MS Office
– Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
– Ability to work independently
– Target-oriented and structured manner of working
– Ability to think analytically and strategically
– Confident and friendly manner
