It is reponsible for all of UniCredit´s operations in Germany and is also the competence center for international investment banking.


The Information Security department in UniCredit Bank AG defines and operates the Information Security Management System. All IT providers are managed from governance to the continuous monitoring of control processes of IT systems. We provide policies & rules and check the compliance to those rules. This is done by evaluating security concepts, participation in development projects and performing assessments on site. We also do regular KPI evaluations, threat assessments on IT assets and are the focal point for security incidents.


Das erwartet Sie bei uns
– Manages the information security processes
– Ensures the prediction, prevention, detection and response to
cyber threats, in full cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
– Is responsible for the information security programs and initiatives
with focus on technical ICT security of UniCredit Bank AG in
alignment with UniCredit Group ICT Security
– Ensures full compliance with relevant laws, regulations and group
-Performs control activities with regards to external parties


Das bringen Sie mit
– At least five years of experience in the field of ICT Security
– Profound knowledge of Operating Systems, penetration testing and
– Understanding of infrastructure components, especially security
components (e.g. network security, Firewalls, intrusion detection
systems (IDS)
– Experience in security architecture standard methodologies as well
as a holistic information security management system
– Working experience in Security Assessment and/or Audit
– CISSP, CISA, CISM, ComTIASecurity+ or equivalent certification is a
– Solid IT background (IT degree holder preferred)
– Ability to explain technical risks in a business context
– Highly self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
– Solid communications skills, fluent in German and English
