At People & Culture Digital, we provide our clients with all HR systems. The focus of our department is on innovative, technologically advanced satellite solutions. Our team successfully operates cloud SaaS systems, but also complex HR analytics systems and others to meet the needs of our customers.


To enlarge our digital HR analytics and reporting team, we are looking for a passionate people data engineer based in our main office in Munich. You will work with a global team of experienced people analytics experts to manage the collection, structuring and reporting of HR data.

Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Management and implementation of HR Analytics IT services (SAP BW, Tableau)
  • Define roadmap and future enhancements of the HR Analytics setup in line within the strategic framework of our company
  • Using advanced data capabilities to support our P&C community to build (self-service) dashboards, scorecards and reporting tools for different HR topics in Tableau
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues in all regions 
  • Technical support of all kinds, including incident management, problem solving, and change management
  • Actively consult and advice our HR customers to further digitalize
  • Coordination of external vendors

Das bringst du mit

Ideally your profile matches the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with technical focus, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar professional experience
  • Practical experience gained during 3+ years of experience in SAP Data Warehouse /Business Intelligence development
  • Practical experience in Tableau (2+ years)
  • HR domain knowledge & experience is preferred
  • Analytical thinking with solid experience in transforming metrics into meaningful information
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Willingness to develop a deep technical understanding of the assigned IT system
  • Experience in customer facing roles in software projects, e.g. as System Specialist, Business Analyst or Product Owner
  • Team player, eager to meet new colleagues, work closely with our customers and foster relationship management
  • English & German fluent, Italian would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independent in an international environment
