Client Relationship Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • KPI & SLA reporting
  • Actively participate in Changes, Incidents and Problem Management activities and steer support teams to follow up internal processes & policies
  • Lead the process connected to Incident & Change Management
  • Handle complaints and queries from clients

 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ideally university degree in computer programming or other related technical field
  • Experience in coordination between various departments such as (incident managers, development teams, customer service, change managers, release managers…)
  • At least 2 years proven track record of customer service experience on a B2B and/or B2C level
  • A minimum technical background needed to conduct regular meetings with internal/external support teams and document its content
  • Ability to meet deadlines and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and to be proactive
  • A hard-working team player
  • Good English skills written and spoken & German is a plus
