  • Acquisition of new credit customers and identification of potential new credit customers
  • Active participation in credit sales projects
  • Analysis of customer needs and development of customer-specific, sector-oriented solutions
  • Provide detailed market insight and analysis to senior management, aiding in decision making in the medium and long term and identifying opportunities for the business to improve operational processes
  • Creation and monitoring of defined quality and performance targets
  • Coordination of the cooperation with external cooperation partners and convincing with our target group-specific banking products in the credit business
  • Initiation of sales activities and cross selling


  • 20+ years of professional experience working in a Financial Institution, preferably in banking and in sales of financial products especially in the credit/loans business
  • Deep understanding of how to build customer relationships, customer service and customer loyalty
  • Understanding of finance and banking, especially in the credit sector
  • Organisational talent, communication skills, initiative and reliability
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Business fluent in German and English
